- Preheat oven to 375°F. Use a knife to cut the ribs away from the leaves of the kale. Cut the leaves into 1.5" pieces.
- Place on one to two baking sheets. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and use your hands to toss to coat evenly.
- Bake until crisp, but not burnt, about 10 to 15 minutes.
