Mushroom tempeh tacos

This plant-based twist on tacos uses two tasty meat alternatives.

Directions
  1. Coat the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil. Add onions and garlic and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until softened.
  2. Add the mushrooms, tempeh, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for about 5-minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add lime juice, tomatoes, and Bragg’s or soy sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve in whole grain tortillas or on whole grain crackers.
