Berry banana homemade 'nice' cream

Skip the added fat and cholesterol by using creamy frozen banana.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped (optional)
Directions
  1. Freeze very ripe bananas for at least 4 hours.
  2. Add ingredients into food processor (be sure to add chips or any larger additions at the very end (ie. Nuts, marshmallows, whole fruit, etc.).
  3. Blend until smooth. You can enjoy now or refreeze for 30 min. to make more solid.
